2019年12月8日（日）台北市にて開催された台湾日本人会文化部会主催の第31回「ふれあいふぇすてぃばる」に参加し演武を行いました。
台湾支部各道場から約20名が参加して基本、移動、少年部による型と四方割、組手、そして一般部黒帯によるバット折りを披露し大いに盛り上がりました。
また、最後には「みんなで空手」と題して会場の方々に基本動作を紹介し一緒に行いました。
会場がひとつになり、この会のコンセプトのひとつである日本の文化を台湾で広める活動との「ふれあい」にもマッチする有意義な演武となりました。
Special Demonstration at the 31st Japanese Culture Festival in Taiwan

On December 8, 2019, Taiwan Branch members carried out a special Karate demonstration at the 31st Japanese Culture Festival which was organized by TAIWAN Japanese Association Culture Working Group in Taipei.
Approximately 20 members from each Dojo of Taiwan Branch participated in this event.
They showed Kihon, Ido, and Kumite and children specially showed Kata and board breaking. An adult black belt holder succeeded in breaking a baseball bat. All performances made the audience get excited very much.
At the end, they introduced some basic moves of Karate to the audience and performed them together, under the title of “Let’s do Karate together.”
This activity let the members and the audience get together as one, which matched one of the concepts of the festival, promotion of Japanese culture in Taiwan by interaction.
Everyone enjoyed the special demonstration in the festival.
