第10回ギリシャ冬季キャンプが2022年2月11日から13日にかけて、ケンタウロスの山としてしられるピリオ山で開催され、40名の選手と指導員が参加しました。
国代表のジョージ・コスミディス支部長がキャンプを主催し、オタリオ・メリキアディス支部長と共に基本、型、組手を指導にあたりました。
午前中は雪の降る野外で稽古を行い、午後は試合用マットを敷き詰めた室内体育館に移動して選手強化訓練を行いました。
最終日には昇段審査が行われました。受審者達は3時間に及ぶ試験に全力で挑み、気合溢れるハイレベルな技と競技レベルを見せてくれ、ギリシャ支部でいかに技術と競技レベル向上に真剣な努力がされているかを証明してくれました。
The 10th Greek Winter Camp

The 10th Greek Winter Camp 2022 was completed with great success on February 11-12-13, with the participation of 40 athletes and instructors at the hotel “Manthos Resort and Spa” in the beautiful Pelion, the mountain of the Centaurs.
The winter camp was organized by the Branch chief WKO and country representative of the Greek Shinkyokushinkai, Shihan George Kosmidis, 5 Dan.
During the 3-day seminar, Shihan Kosmidis and Shihan Otario Melikiadis, WKO Branch Chief, taught Kihon, Kata, and Kumite techniques.
The training started in the morning in the snowy outdoor area of the hotel, while in the afternoon in the indoor basketball court where the association had placed the special tatami to carry out the athletes’ training properly.
On the last day of the camp, Dan grading exams were held. The examinees gave their best with a high technical and competitive level and fighting spirit in the 3 hours test. They proved that a serious effort is made to raise the level and the technique in all the Dojos of the Greek Branch.
