バングラデシュ 支部は、2025年1月9日から1月11日にかけて、冬季合宿を行いました。
合宿には30名が参加し、バングラデシュ代表兼支部長であるアブドラ・モハマド・ホサイン師範の指導の下、静かで美しい環境の中で、集中して充実したトレーニングを行いました。
稽古のメニューは、走り込み、瞑想、基本、型、組手、体力作り、1000本突き・蹴りなど包括的な内容で、心身練磨を通し新極真魂を体得していきました。
さよならディナーでは、ホサイン師範が、忍耐、礼儀、礼節といった新極真空手の核となる価値観について話し、これらを普段の生活の中に反映していくよう参加者たちに促しました。
今回の合宿は非常に充実したものとなり、参加者たちはこの時期のバングラデシュ特有の寒さに耐え合宿を通してその真剣味と忍耐力を示し、互いに友情を深めました。
今後もバングラデッシュ支部の発展と団結を育む良き伝統として、このような合宿を続けていきたいと考えています。
Shinkyokushinkai Karate Bangladesh Winter Camp 2025

The WKO Bangladesh Winter Camp 2025 was successfully conducted from January 9 to January 11, 2025, under the leadership of Shihan Abdullah Mohammad Hossain, Country Representative, and Branch Chief of WKO Bangladesh. The serene and scenic location at Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development (BARD), Kotbari, Cumilla provided the perfect setting for an intensive yet enriching training experience.
Thirty Participants braved the chilly winter weather, which is typical of Bangladesh during this time of the year, showcasing their commitment and resilience throughout the camp.
Training Activities
The camp’s comprehensive program focused on both the physical and mental aspects of Shinkyokushin Karate, including:
•Jogging and Meditation: Enhancing focus, endurance, and mental clarity.
•Kihon (Basics): Strengthening fundamentals with intensive drills.
•Kata Practice: Many advanced katas were practiced, with senior belts focusing on some of the most complex forms, including: Sanchin, Tensho, Seienchin, Kanku.
•Kumite Training: Developing fighting skills, strategies, and endurance through sparring sessions.
•Physical Activities: Designed to build strength, stamina, and discipline.
•Tsuki and Maegeri Challenge: The final training session of the camp concluded with participants performing 1,000 tsuki (punches) and 1,000 maegeri (front kicks) to test their endurance and mental toughness.
The structured program ensured a balance between physical challenges and mental growth, allowing participants to improve their technical skills while embodying the philosophy of Shinkyokushin.
Event Highlights
•Sayonara Dinner: The camp concluded with a memorable Sayonara Dinner, where Shihan Abdullah delivered an inspiring motivational talk on the philosophy of Shinkyokushin Karate. His message emphasized the values of perseverance, humility, and respect, encouraging participants to integrate these principles into their daily lives.
•Participant Engagement: The camp offered a unique opportunity for camaraderie and learning, strengthening the bond among practitioners and fostering the spirit of Osu.
The WKO Bangladesh Winter Camp 2025 was a resounding success, providing participants with a unique opportunity to deepen their understanding of Shinkyokushin Karate and push their physical and mental limits. The blend of rigorous training, philosophical insights, and community spirit made the camp an unforgettable experience for all involved.
We look forward to continuing this tradition in future years, fostering the growth and unity of the Shinkyokushin community in Bangladesh.
