ブラジル支部は、1月14日にアラサリグアマで2023年鏡開き稽古を行いました。
ブラジル支部では、毎年鏡開きを新年2週までに行い、新年の抱負を誓うと共に、1年の活動計画を立てることが恒例となっています。
今年は、脳卒中から回復したドゥルシ・ナカオ師範が受傷後はじめて基本を行いました。蹴ることはできないながらも、突きと受けの腕の動きを最後まで完遂し、長い間稽古ができなかったナカオ師範の回復は一同にとって嬉しい驚きでした。
ナカオ師範が1日も早く道場に戻って来られるよう、皆でポジティブなエネルギーを先生に向けて送りました。
Brazil KAGAMI BIRAKI 2023

On January 14, Brazil branch took place its KAGAMI BIRAKI 2023 in the city of Araçariguama.
Kagami-biraki is held annually until the second week of January to emit the positive thoughts for the year and plan the work for the year.
The event was a success. In addition, Shihan Dulce Nakao, who recovered from the stroke, did her first Kihon. Although she can’t do the kicks but managed to complete the arms part with attacks and defenses, which was a big surprise for everyone, because she couldn’t practice karate for a while.
We sent a lot of positive energy so that she returns to our mat as soon as possible.
