12月8日にチリ大会がコンセプシオン市にて行われ、ジュニア、ユース、無差別の各階級に100名以上の選手が参加、成功裏に終了した。今大会にはチリ国会のエンリケ・V・ルセルベルゲ議員がゲストとして大会観戦、男子無差別級はアルバロ・ガライ選手、女子無差別級はファビオラ・バスケス選手（いずれも第5回ワールドカップ南米代表選手）が制した。

On 8th December, the Chile National Championship was held at Gymnasium
Enrique Molina in Concepcion city.
There are over 100 participants in Junior, Youth and the Adults
categories and have been very successful.
The championship was attended by a Deputy of the Republic of Chile,
Mr. Enrique Van Rysselberghe.
The winners of the Men absolute category was Mr.Alvaro Garay, Women
absolute category – Ms.Fabiola Vasquez, both will represent the South
America region at the 5th World Cup in Lithuania.
