第13回新極真会ギリシャ支部冬季合宿が、2025年1月31日、2月1日にペリオン山ハニアで行われ、雪深いケンタウロスゆかりの山で60名の指導員と選手たちが、ジョージ・コスミディス師範とオタリオ・メリキアディス師範の薫陶を受けました。
土曜の午前は酷寒の中、雪の積もった野外での走り込みからスタートし、午後は屋内体育館に準備した畳マット上で稽古を行いました。翌朝はまた野外でフルコンタクト空手の新極真会の名に相応しい厳しい稽古を行い、その後、初段から参段まで7名の昇段審査が行われました。
13th Greek Winter Camp Shinkyokushinkai 2025

For the 13th year, the Greek Winter Camp 2025 was organized by the Greek Shinkyokushinkai Association in Chania of Mountain Pelion from 31st January to 2nd February.
Intense trainings were conducted in 3rd sessions at the “Manthos Hotel and Spa Resort”, located in the snowy mountain of the Centaurs.
Greek Branch chiefs, Shihan George Kosmidis, the country representative and Shihan Otario Melikiadis gave the precious teaching, and the opportunity was enjoyed by the approximately 60 instructors and athletes of the Greek Shinkyokushinkai.
The morning training took place outside the hotel, starting with running in the snowy landscape under harsh cold conditions, while the afternoon training sessions took place in the hotel’s indoor basketball court where there were Greek Shinkyokushinkai tatami mats prepared, as planned.
On Sunday morning the training took place outside the hotel as befits the athletes and instructors of the hardest Karate style, Shinkyokushinkai – Full Body Contact. Immediately after, the grading test was conducted, where each 3 athletes challenged 1st and 2nd Dan, and 1 instructor for 3 Dan. They performed KIHON, KATA, IDO and at noon it was completed with KUMITE (full contact matches).
