8月19日に第15回ホンジュラス大会が開催され、選手は頂点を目指して戦いました。
各道場から集まった参加選手のレベルは、ネストル・クバス・アルバラド支部長およびホンジュラス国内組織のグレイシー・モリーナ・ララ会長にとって喜ばしいものでした。
男子-75kg級では熱戦が繰り広げられ、ルディ・マルティネスがハーリン・ベンチュラ、ルイス・ブエソ、マーロン・ムリーリョに勝利し初優勝を果たしました。
また、この大会は2018年5月にアルバにて開催予定である中米大会への出場選手選定材料にもなりました。

Honduran competitors gathered at the “Simon Azcona” Sport Ville to fight for the top place.
Both Honduras leaders, Branch Chief Nestor Cubas Alvarado and Honduras Associaton President Greissy Molina Lara were pleased with the good level shown by the competitors of all the dojos represented.
The exciting bouts included the final of -75kg, where Rudy Martinez defeated Herlin Ventura, Luis Bueso and Marlon Murillo claiming his first ever championship.
With this the Branch is recruiting fighters for a potential participation in the 2018 CAKO Championship in Aruba in May.
