2026年7月11日、アヌラーダプラ市で第20回アジア大会に向けた全国選抜大会が開催されました。
大会は、男女別に少年部10階級、一般部10階級が設けられ、型では高い技術力と礼節が、組手ではフルコンタクト空手の実力と精神力の競演が繰り広げられました。
本大会は第20回アジア新極真会選手権大会の選抜大会であると同時に、故ムトゥクマラナ師範のメモリアル全国大会として開催され、ラジャラタ道場にとって本年２度目となる全国規模大会となりました。

The 20th Asian Shinkyokushinkai Selection National Championship 2026, held in memory of Shihan P. Muthukumarana, was organized by WKO Shinkyokushinkai Karate Sri Lanka Rajarata Dojo and was successfully held on 11 July 2026 at Anuradhapura City Community Hall 2.
The championship featured 10 age-based categories for children and 10 weight-based categories for adults, with separate divisions for male and female competitors in each category. In the Kata events, competitors demonstrated a high level of technical excellence and discipline, while the Kumite events showcased the true talent and spirit of full-contact karate.
A special feature of this tournament was that it served as a selection championship for the 20th Asian Shinkyokushinkai Championship and as the 1st Shihan P. Muthukumaran Memorial National Championship.
Furthermore, this was the second national championship organized by Sri Lanka Rajarata Dojo, led by Sensei Saranga Ranasinghe, in 2026.
