ポーランド支部は、2024年7月26日から28日にかけて、極真ファイティング・スピリット・キャンプをシェラツ市で開催しました。
オープニングにはシェラツ市長が出席してくださり、開会の挨拶をいただきました。その後６０名の参加者は、移動稽古、型、組手、ワルタ川や市内の広場での屋外稽古などのメニューを通して、極真空手漬けの３日間を過ごしました。
空手の稽古以外にも、予防医学や健康な生活習慣についての講義も行われました。
昇段昇級審査も行われ、合宿の最後は連続組手で締めくくりました。
Poland Kyokushin Fighting Spirit Camp

On July 26-28, Kyokushin Fighting Spirit Camp took place at the MOSiR facilities in Sieradz.
The event was attended by over 60 people who, for three days, had the opportunity to move into the world of Kyokushin Karate, created by Masutatsu Oyama.
The ceremonial opening was performed by the Mayor of the City of Sieradz, Mr. Paweł Osiewała. As part of the camp, 8 training sessions were held, including: Ido, Kata, Kumite and outdoor trainings in the Warta river and at the Sieradz Market Square.
In addition to training, the program included lectures on health prevention and a healthy lifestyle. Dan and kyu grade exams were also held. The training camp ended with exam fights. We hope to see you next year.
