シンガポール支部は7月31日に、シンガポール中心部にある本部道場で黒帯稽古および8月9日のナショナルデーを控えてシンガポール建国55周年のお祝いを行いました。
安全な距離を保つため、参加者18名は2つのグループに分かれて、各セッション10名以下での稽古となりました。基本を短時間行った後、移動組手、上級者向けの型とその実践、最後に各人が限界まで懸垂を行うチャレンジを行いました。
また、新しくシンガポール空手連盟代表に就任されたロジャー・ワン氏（世界空手連盟会員）に今回ゲストとしてお越しいただきました。
Singapore Black Belters Training

Singapore branch had the black belters training on 31st July and also celebrated Singapore 55th National day upcoming on 9th Aug.
As safe distancing measures, eighteen members split into two groups to limit the number of participants fewer than ten in a session. We did short Kihon, fighting Idogeiko, advanced kata and applications, then maximum pull up challenge.
We also invited the new President of Singapore Karate Federation, Mr. Roger Wang (a member of the World Karate Federation), as a guest.
